Arts OutWest’s project work springs from our core business of supporting arts development in the region.
On this page:
- Links to our over-arching strategic project focus areas
- Case studies of projects past and present
We choose projects that sit well within our current strategic plan, that our small team has the capacity to deliver, and of course, that we can secure funding for! Some projects are driven by us, others we auspice or support in other ways.
Each of the projects – present and past – outlined in these case studies started life in conversations, connection making, asking questions, answering needs in our region. See our SERVICES page for the kinds of support and services we offer in our core program.
You’ll notice lots of common threads here. Even the very smallest projects often loop around and influence future projects, or bring together artists or organisations time and time again. You’ll also notice how many of these projects are partnerships or collaborations – we think this is a really effective way to work.
Including projects and activities Arts OutWest is a partner on or supports as the auspicing body.
