In partnership with NSW Health Infrastructure and the Western NSW Local Health District, an opportunity was opened for artists in our community to make a lasting impact on the new Cowra Hospital.

Work by 16 local artists is featured in the layout: paintings, sculpture, works on paper, ceramics, photography – and even an award-winning film work, Dust Cloud by Trudi Refshauge, that people spending time at the hospital can watch via a QR code.

We worked with NSW Health Infrastructure to deliver just under $30,000 of artwork commissions. The Cowra Hospital Curatorium includes Arts OutWest, Cowra Regional Art Gallery and The CORRIDOR Project.
