Arts OutWest and Health Infrastructure are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from visual artists to create artworks for the Bathurst Hospital Redevelopment.
This is a unique opportunity for regional visual artists/creative teams with a relationship to the Bathurst region to develop work that is both socially engaged and responsive to the landscape narratives of the area.
We are looking for up to 10 original artworks (mixed media, drawing, painting, printmaking, design and collage) to contribute to a new Art Collection for the Bathurst Hospital places of wait and rest, in both clinical and non-clinical areas. Preference will be given to 2D artworks readily able to be digitised as large scale wall graphics. We are looking for artists really open to a collaborative process around their artworks and designs.
