HARTLEY. OPEN TUES-SUN. The Kew–Y–Ahn Aboriginal Gallery project is a partnership between Arts OutWest, NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service and the NSW Department of Environment and Heritage. Work by local Aboriginal painters, weavers, designers, jewellers and photographers from across the NSW Central West are on show and for sale in rotating exhibitions in the new gallery space.
From ORANGE REGIONAL GALLERY and ORANGE REGIONAL MUSEUM. Two activity packs for primary-aged children and their families, focusing on the native plants and animals that call Mount Canobolas home.
OLD LITHGOW POTTERY SCHOOL OF ARTS AND STABLES GALLERY. Register now for upcoming classes (live, in person).
NEWBRIDGE. OPEN EVERY WEEKEND: SAT 10-5pm. SUN 9am-4pm. The gallery showcases a diverse and exciting collection of original paintings, photography and hardwood furniture complemented by locally handcrafted metal work, pottery, jewelry, delicious handmade chocolates, heritage dolls, cards and gifts, all superbly featured in a lovingly restored 1850’s building in the centre of the village.
Orange Regional Museum have moved our Mondays at the Museum program online. Each week, download a new hands-on activity inspired by our latest exhibitions. Two are already available, and future activities on skeletons, sharks and cicadas are coming soon.
T.ARTS GALLERY, BATHURST. Open Monday -Sunday every week. A not-for-profit, artist run, community co-operative that showcases the creative talents of its members living in the Tablelands region.
BATHURST. The Knit Happens group meet on the first Thursday of each month between 1pm-3pm at The Neighbourhood Centre.
