Forbes Library Birth to Kinder Rhyme Time

During Birth to Kinder Rhyme Time we read books, sing songs and play to encourage engagement with language and literacy. We use nursery rhymes, action songs, finger plays and stories in a fun and interactive way. Sessions are lively and stimulating for both children and adults.

Storytime at Blayney Library is lots of fun. We read stories, sing songs, play games and make craft. Storytime sessions are held on the first and third Thursdays of the month during the school term. They cater for children from birth to 6 years, and their carers.

Cowra Eisteddfod Grand Concert

Cowra Eisteddfod Grand Concert of Prize Winners is a showcase of the amazing talent the eisteddfod attracts each year.
Performers will include winners of the Ballet, Dance, Speech & Drama, Vocal, and Instrumental Scholarships to the value of $2000 each.
With all those major award winners and other performances chosen from Vocal, Instrumental, Dance and Speech and Drama, the evening proves to be great entertainment.

Gulgong Scarecrow Stroll

Gulgong Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring $1000 worth of prizes in this year's Gulgong Scarecrow Stroll.

In addition, you can vote for your favourite to win $250. The People's Choice award will be announced later in the week.
