After their forced covid hiatus, The Idea of North is even more excited to be spreading the joy of vocal harmony again. Come and join the group for a session of hearty singing. All ages, all levels of experience welcome. Participants will be led through vocal and harmony exercises designed to stretch your voice and expand your ears. A song will also be taught, with the opportunity to join The Idea of North on stage for the performance the following night
Hand building and wheel instruction. Price includes clay and firing.
Classes available either individually or with a friend or two.
This group will work on a weekly activity to learn and share new knowledge and skills.
Come along and learn how to crochet, covering everything from holding your hook and yarn, through to creating designs.

Join in for the day with a talk by Dr Jordan Bailey, discussing the wood wide web and why mycelium is a key contributor to earth and soil health.
Photo-media artist Steven Cavanagh will then facilitate a workshop processing Cyanotypes and sculptural constructions using organic material collected from site.

Patricia Moss is an accomplished hardanger embroidery artist and has taught this craft for more than 20 years at her own studio in Sydney.
She enjoys sharing these techniques and skills with all her students.
Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate this workshop is designed to enhance your skills and creativity. It will help you gain confidence with your camera using manual settings. You will learn about the combination of aperture, shutter speeds and ISO. The importance of composition and lighting and recognise how to put it all together. The workshop will give you the skills to capture stunning travel and landscape images.
Unleashed Entertainment Australia in conjunction with Broken Banjo Productions is organising a Tutored Lifedrawing event to be tutored by NSW Tafe Art instructor Bridget Thomas, with multiple short and longer poses with draped male and female models.
The event will have a Greek God theme and models will be lightly dressed in period costume that accentuate the human form.
