UpStage NSW Musical Theatre Workshop

ORANGE REGIONAL CONSERVATORIUM, ORANGE. Sessions will include Performance Skills, Voice, Drama, Dance and the Business of Theatre. Younger performers (aged 8-14) will develop their confidence in age-appropriate, fun, collaborative performance classes while older performers (15-18) will participate in tailored, small-group sessions focused on building a career as a performing artist. All participants will get to create a group performance for parents that showcases the learning they’ve done throughout the day

BATHURST. Presented by the Bathurst Lapidary and Collectors Club Inc. Learn the skills of cutting and polishing minerals and rocks in this two day workshop. Bring your own lunch. Morning tea provided. For ages 8 years and over

School Holiday Workshops – Bathurst Goldfields Holiday Panning

Mon 28 June - Fri 2 July

BATHURST. Be guided through the museum displays and see the various methods of gold mining, the tools and machinery used, from man and horse power through to steam power. At the outdoor museum help sperate the authentic machines used during the 1850s. Then head to the blacksmith shop where the guide will create a work of art in steel. Try your hand at panning for real gold. Keep what you find!

School Holiday Workshops – Orange Regional Museum

Tue 29 June - Thu 8 July

ORANGE REGIONAL MUSEUM. Step back into the dawn of the space age with our school holiday space actvities for kids of all ages. Educational and fun, each session includes a guided tour of Out of This World: Australia in the space age and a space-themed experiment or craft activity. Children will learn all about Australia’s role in the space race and how people have been inspired by space throughout history.

Pete the Sheep – Bathurst
