What a SUPER DELIGHTFUL day gathering with visual artists in Blayney on Tuesday 27 May.
We hid away from the cold air outside, filled the workshop room at Platform Arts Hub, and had a really special day of meeting and sharing with new people.
Thank you to all the wonderful artists who shared their practice – and so many of the heartfelt stories behind why they do what they do. There were generous words, lots of practical sharing of information, insights into some very skilled and specific ways of working. A really lovely group of humans to spend the day with.
Turns out the idea of getting out of the studio to meet with other artists and learn from each other is a popular one, and we’ll do it again in a month’s time (Tues 24 June 2025, 10am in Blayney). Get in touch if you’d hoped to join us but couldn’t and would like to come along.
