Sydney’s kings of klezmer fusion are coming to Lithgow! Drawing on their Eastern European and Middle Eastern heritage, CHUTNEY presents a hot and spicy mix of original compositions and modern twists on traditional tunes. The band’s onstage chemistry is electric as they playfully traverse jazz to tango, folk to rock and classical to funk.

Blak Douglas wins the Archibald Prize for his portrait of artist Karla Dickens – the first time a portrait of an Aboriginal woman has been awarded the prize. He is the second Aboriginal artist to win the Archibald, following Vincent Namatjira’s landmark win in 2020.

Nerida is a songwriter whose songs have been connecting with people from all walks of life for over 25 years. Her stories-in-song are a well-balanced mix of bittersweet tales of life with tasty lashings of humour, generous and fun. Detailed guitar accompany her warm & passionate voice.
