A series of art and craft workshops that bring us together, yes, around the same table with a focus on connecting with one another. The focus for this series of 3 workshops will be stitching/embroidery, with no prior experience needed. Each participant will receive an embroidery kit which will include all materials needed including embroidery hoop, fabric and embroidery thread. Just bring your spectacles if you wear them.

Entertainment on the night will include music from Forbes locals Emily Pavey, Clynton Breen and Jo Stephenson; 2019 ‘The Voice’ contestant from Cowra, Josh Maynard; Bathurst duo, Smith & Jones together with their band… and our incredible headline act, beloved Aussie Rock Band Thirsty Merc will be taking us through to the end of the night with all your favourite songs!

Meet and learn from Wiradjuri Elders, river-people, ecologists, musicians and scientists, and eat locally grown foods.
The Lachlan is threatened by mining and the raising of the Wyangala Dam wall so we need to create the future we want for this precious element of the #murraydarlingbasin
