BATHURST CEMETERY. The cemetery is alive with the sounds of music! Enjoy a two hour wander around the Bathurst
General Cemetery, exploring the history and lives of past Bathurst residents who helped shape
Bathurst’s wonderful musical heritage.

BATHURST. Take a fascinating guided tour around the Bathurst Town Square with Graham Lupp OAM; artist, architect and author of the architectural history Building Bathurst.

BATHURST. Enjoy a gentle stroll around the river walk and discover some of Bathurst’s lesser known
history through fascinating stories of river crossings, floods, “Manly Beach”, Peace Park, River
Road, sawmills, brickworks, inns and market gardens. Following the tour, join us for lunch at
Harvest Café (own expense).

Heritage Week
BATHURST. Heritage Week is an opportunity to discover more about the rich and often surprising stories
of the Bathurst region with a varied series of activities. Join a heritage tour, celebrate
Proclamation Day, take a self-guided walk along the Surveyors Walk or the Town Square and
visit the Bathurst District Historical Society Museum.

BATHURST. Ever wondered who lived in your block? Join this walking tour of George Street, Keppel Street,
Rankin Street and Piper Street. Hear about the lives, hopes and aspirations of the people and
families who lived there.
