Arts OutWest staff and Media Associates are deeply saddened by the death of photographer Neil Hyde.
We first met Neil through his wife Carolyn Hide, one of our original Media Associates. A devoted couple, they got so much joy in travelling and exploring the region on photography assignments, Neil working alongside Carolyn. When we held our ‘Behind the Lens’ exhibition earlier this year we invited Neil to exhibit too and he was delighted. A kind, quiet, special man. Our ongoing condolences to Carolyn, their children, grandchildren and many friends and family.
