“Come Out, We’re Open!” is the message from councils across the region – and this now includes the popular sculpture trail along the Lachlan River between Forbes and Condobolin.

Following the major flood events that devastated our region last year, the New Year signals rejuvenation ~ for our community and our landscape,” says Forbes Arts Society, who coordinated the sculpture installations.
“The Lachlan Valley Way is now open (albeit a little battered) and so we invite you to take an adventure down the Lachlan this summer to discover the sculptures.”
The road network is still under repair, so travellers are advised to adopt a slow and steady approach.
