Kew-Y-Ahn Aboriginal Gallery for Christmas gifts

Looking for original Christmas gifts? Our Kew Y Ahn Gallery at Hartley Historic Site is open up to Dec 23 with lots of beautiful gifts and artwork made by Aboriginal artists from across the NSW Central West.

The gallery is an Arts OutWest partnership with  NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service and the NSW Department of Environment and Heritage. You’ll find it in the NPWS visitors centre in the heart of the historic township, just off the highway before you head east over the mountains (pop into Talisman Gallery- Hartley next door while you’re there).
The gallery is open 10am to 4pm Tuesday to Sunday (closed for lunch 1-2pm). Closed Mondays, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
You’ll also find copies of artist Nyree Reynold’s new book ‘Wiradjuri Woman: Her Story’ published with assistance from Arts OutWest and the Australian Governments IVAIS. Photo: Carolyn Hide.
See more pictures of work at the gallery on the Kew-Y-Ahn Gallery Facebook page.
