Heather starts as Platform manager

Heather Ferguson has started work as the manager of the new Platform Arts Hub at Blayney Railway Station.

Heather – and her team of volunteers – have a busy program ahead, with the opening of the annual Textures of One exhibition being the soft launch event for the space.

The spaces will feature exhibitions, workshops, music, community events and more.

Heather is employed by Arts OutWest with funding from FRRR (topped up by Arts OutWest). She is supported by the enthusiastic sub-committee of Blayney Town Association along with staff at Arts OutWest, Blayney Shire Council and Sydney Trains. Heather is dynamic and energetic Blayney local with a background in education and leadership. 

Heather is employed two days per week and will work mostly Thursdays and Fridays.
