“A week ago, in my role as Chairman of the Mitchell Conservatorium board, I reluctantly accepted Graham Sattler’s resignation as Executive Director. Graham has been an exceptional leader and he departs, having left Mitchell Conservatorium in a very strong position to move forward. On behalf of the board I thank him for his outstanding service and wish him the very best in his new and exciting role with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra. He will be greatly missed.
I would also like to thank all the board members -both past and present, the staff and the community for the eight years of support and commitment they have given to Graham and Mitchell Conservatorium.’ Andrew Smith, outgoing Chair of the Mitchell Conservatorium Board.”
