Support Act is undertaking a national review, led by First Nations people, to better understand the experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples working across Australia’s contemporary music industry.
This is an opportunity to bring together the voices, experiences and knowledge of First Nations music workers from across the country to better understand what it’s really like to work in the industry today.
We’re interested in what’s working well, the challenges people face, and the ideas that can create a stronger, more culturally safe and sustainable future for First Nations people in music.
Whether you’re on stage or behind the scenes in the industry, your story matters.
You can participate in the following ways:
- attend an in-person workshop (Parramatta, Nowra, Wagga Wagga, Tamworth, Lismore)
- attend an online workshop
- complete the online survey – Qualtrics Survey | Qualtrics Experience Management
- make a submission
