Join us for a day in the field with Ornithologist Jayden Gunn – discussing the health of riparian corridors for bird habitat, located on the Galari/Lachlan river. Post picnic lunch, artist Steven Cavanagh will facilitate a workshop located at the CORRIDOR project studio demonstrating in how to make a unique Cyanotype [view top banner for a detail produced by Steven]
Steven will explain the technique of making Cyanotypes each participant will use organic material collected from a site to create a unique image through this process.
The workshop aims to explore the connection between birds, habitat, plants, water, and ecosystems whilst participants learn how to improve and respond to their local environments through scientific investigation, data in the field and photographic experimentation.
