Two If by Sea and Narrownecks

Sat 27 April at 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Join us for a chill afternoon of amazing acoustic music with Two If by Sea and Narrownecks – it’s gonna be great.

“Two if by Sea” is a captivating musical duo renowned for their dynamic performances and folk-inspired melodies. Comprising cellist Rachel Johnston and multi instrumentalist Trent Arkleysmith, their heartfelt performances blend both original and traditional tunes with intricate acoustic arrangements, creating a mesmerising and intimate musical experience that resonates deeply with audiences worldwide.

With American old time string band roots, Narrownecks are based in Sydney, Australia. Fiddler David Hoffmann (USA) is a multi-generation old time musician, and has been surrounded by the music of the Appalachian mountains since he was in the womb. Clawhammer banjo player Harry O’Donovan (CHW) has brought a love for Indian and world music to the folk scene, and incorporates his traditional frailing banjo style and exceptional ear to fill out the melodies.
