The Purple Copper’s Secret – Book Launch & Info Talk

Join local author Christine Bailey for the launch of her book ‘The Purple Copper’s Secret’. A book with something for all ages exploring a beautiful local species of butterfly.

Senior Local Land Services Officer Allan Wray, and local biologist/ecologist Ray Mjadwesch will also speak about their work monitoring and recording the butterfly since 1997, and offer first hand knowledge on protection measures.

Learn why biodiversity is so important to our existence and how volunteers can help the butterfly survive and thrive.
