The Malachi Project – Phase 2

Fri 19 April at 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Eighteen months ago, a huge bale of Oberon wool fleeces were kindly given to the Malachi so they thought the bale would make a great display prop since the Malachi was used as a wool store for almost 40 years!
The Malachi Project grew from the generosity of the local fibre artists giving their skills, knowledge, and time.
Now those fleeces have been washed, combed, spun, and knitted and crocheted into the most beautifully warm lap rugs, ready to keep the audience comfortable at an event.
Phase Two is upon us. If you are a knitter or crocheter and would like to spend a happy day creating more lap rugs, you are most welcome.
– All knitters and crocheters welcome
– Spun wool, needles and patterns provided
– Lunch 12.30 PM vegetarian soup and bread roll $10
Call Lynne on 0428 236 785 with your RSVP.
