Ruby Tuesday – Tina & Aretha

Tue 26 March at 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Melissa Stanford and Danielle Pearce bring you their rendition of Tina and Aretha.
Tina Turner is regarded as one of the greatest and most influential recording artists of all time. She is renowned for her powerful voice, electrifying stage presence and an extensive career that spanned several decades as the Queen of Rock.
Aretha Franklin reigns as the unequivocal Queen of Soul whose voice could effortlessly ascend to the celestial heights. Not only did she possess musical brilliance but also a sharp wit and a strong personality.
The two Queens were also reportedly “heated rivals in life”. Whatever the truth may be, both artists had a significant impact on the musical landscape and live on as legends in their own right.
Come and find out more while immersing yourself in their musical genius with local Blues, Soul and Funk band, The High Tone Pants.
