Primary School Holiday Acitvities
Tue 5 July - Thu 14 July

Our holiday activities! Because of licensing restrictions we can’t tell you the names of the movies we’ll be showing but:
on Tuesday the 5th, we have a Disney classic which premiered in 2002. It’s about a girl and her alien puppy, and it was nominated for best animated feature at the Oscars
on Thursday the 7th, we have a 2021 film about a fast growing dog who becomes a neighbourhood sensation. Extra hint: the dog is red
on Tuesday the 12th, we have another classic – this one from 1982. Another Disney film, in this one the two main characters create an unlikely friendship on a family farm. It won a Golden Screen Award
and on Thursday the 14th, we have the highest-grossing animated film of 2022. Based on the bestselling book series by Aaron Blabey, the film was awarded the title of Truly Moving Picture Award at the 2022 Heartland Film Festival.
We can only have thirty children attend at the movies and twenty for the craft activities, so please come to the library to book your children in. A librarian will be with the children during the movie screening, so it’s fine for parents or carers to leave them at the library during this period, or you are very welcome to stay and enjoy the movie too!
Because of the number restrictions, only children who are in Kindergarten to Year Six are invited to these activities. We look forward to seeing you!
