Night Life – Great Southern Bioblitz Launch

Frogs, Bats and Moths, oh my! Learn about the creatures that come to life while you are sleeping at this free, family-friendly event.
- Celebrate with us the launch of Lithgow’s first participation in the Great Southern Bioblitz, and learn how you can take part.
- Join a walks with experts to search for frogs and bats.
- Learn how you can help wombats.
- Kids activities.
- Meet some moths.
- Free dinner provided (details coming soon).

Throughout the night in the hall there will be information displays, including a Kanimbla Wombats stall, with kids colouring-in, and the chance to ask all your wombat questions. From dark there will be a moth-attracting light set up, and participants can get involved in photographing and learning about the moths we find.
