Music Therapy

The music therapy program for addiction and new mums aims to increase motivation and engagement in the recovery process through music-based activities. It facilitates self-awareness and insight into underlying emotional and psychological factors that may contribute to addiction in the long term.
The program helps individuals develop healthy coping mechanisms to manage triggers and cravings effectively. Through music therapy techniques, it promotes emotional regulation and reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression. Additionally, the program fosters a sense of community and social support among group members, creating a supportive environment for recovery.
