Multi-Sensory Deep Relaxation at The Gallery

Join Shell McCahon for a multi-sensory experience inspired by Liam Benson’s interactive installation ‘hello, good to meet you’.
These sessions will be held in the Liam Benson’s multisensorial installation hello, good to meet you.
No experience required. Open to ages 16-60+ (the majority of this session is floor based). Mats provided (please bring your own if you prefer). The room is heated but it is highly recommended you bring your own blanket for extra warmth and comfort.
Spaces limited. Bookings Essential.

Hello, good to meet you is an interactive installation commissioned by the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) for the Jackson Bella Room – a dedicated space within the MCA where diverse audiences can engage with contemporary art through sensory experience.
