Morning Tea with Maggie Mackellar

Sun 21 May at 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

We invite you to join us here at Home Farm for morning tea, as we host renowned Australian author, Maggie Mackellar. Maggie has spent a lifetime on and off the land. she is a columnist for Country style and Graziher magazines and she also pens a regular weekly newsletter. ‘The Sit Spot’ from her home in Tasmania.

Her latest book, ‘Graft’ is a reflection on motherhood and struggling to find your place when your primary identity has changed- namely, when children leave the nest. Covering more than a year on the farm, ‘Graft’ is a study of nature and its redemptive, healing power.

Booksplus Bathurst will be joining us with copies of the book for sale at the event. Please note tickets are non refundable.
