Macrame Coasters – Mug Rugs

Join us for this macramé workshop and allow yourself to catch up with friends, take some time out for yourself and engage in a hands on, crafty activity for a positive frame of mind.
Lead by Sharon from The Art and Craft Room, you will be guided through the therapeutic process of making your macramé coasters at a pace suitable for you.
During this workshop, you will:
- measure and cut your lengths of recycled cotton cord
- prepare your cord for knotting
- use half knot and square knots to create your coaster
- comb out the ends
All materials are provided for the workshop and at the end of the evening, you will walk away with 2 macramé coasters.
Adults of all ages and artistic abilities are welcome – no experience necessary.
Wear comfortable warm clothes and enclosed shoes.
