Live @ Agrestic – Rick Price – Wayfaring Stranger Tour

Rick Price is set to release his eleventh album ‘Wayfaring Stranger’ on September 8th, 2023 to coincide with his October, November Australian tour.
This ten-track album takes you on an uplifting journey with Rick’s take on some of the most popular gospel tracks ever written. Rick recorded and produced ‘Wayfaring Stranger’ in Nashville. The original hymns have spanned centuries with other gospels songs being written in the early 1900’s like ‘Wayfaring Stranger’, ‘Amazing Grace’, ‘Wade In The Water, and ‘Will The Circle Be Unbroken’. They have resonated and been covered by legends such as, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, Eva Cassidy, Oliva Newton-John, Ray Charles, Ed Sheeran and now Rick Price.
Rick will be performing all the tracks from the ‘Wayfaring Stranger’ album along with his classic hits.“I’ll be performing songs from my upcoming album ‘Wayfaring Stranger’ a collection of some of my favourite ‘last century gospel songs’ like ‘Down In The Valley To Pray’, ‘Swing Low Sweet Chariot’ and ‘Go Tell It On The Mountain’ just to name a few. I’ll also be revisiting some of my own hits like ‘Heaven Knows, Not A Day Goes By and River Of Love. Can’t wait to be back with you once again in the Homeland!” – Rick Price
