HOME 2022

Home 2022 features artwork created by local primary school students who participated in the Home Program. The artworks were created during a workshop led by Wiradjuri artist Ronda Sharpe.

The Home Program connects schools to local Aboriginal artists, community, language and culture.

The Home Program has been developed in Wiradjuri Country by Wiradjuri community at Bathurst and Bathurst Regional Art Gallery as part of the program Home: Aboriginal art from New South Wales, a partnership since 2015 between Wiradjuri community at Wagga Wagga, Wagga Wagga Art Gallery, NSW Department of Education’s Arts Unit and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.

Event listings are sourced or supplied from local venues and arts organisations. Many events listed here have been originally shared by the organisers on social media.
