Join family history author Robyn Hardina as she discusses the role her fifth great uncle, John Rowley played in exploring routes to Bathurst and the Central West. While researching her book A Gentleman of the Rum Corps: The biography of Captain Thomas Rowley and his descendants, she uncovered her ancestor John Rowley’s part in an 1819 expedition to find a new route from the Southern Highlands to Bathurst.
