GUIDED TOUR OF PERTHVILLE CONVENT HERITAGE CENTRE

Together let’s celebrate 150 years with the Sisters of St Joseph at Perthville. Enjoy a
visit to historic 1872 Perthville Convent Heritage Centre. Commence your leisurely tour
with morning tea in the Sisters’ dining room. Spend time in the chapel, tour the original
rooms of the Convent and learn the story of the Sisters told in storyboard, displays
and memorabilia. See the Founders’ Room with the Reg Campbell painting of Fr Julian
Woods and St Mary MacKillop. Reflect at the lawn cemetery, where over 200 Sisters,
who contributed to education throughout the Diocese, rest in peace.
