George Washingmachine & Clare O’Meara

Sat 8 July at 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

George Washingmachine & Clare O’Meara have been working together in various guises for a number of years now.
They call themselves ‘Genre Jumpers’
They can play blues, jazz, originals.
They like to mix it up.
When asked if George Washingmachine was his real name, he responded “actually my real name is Fred.”
Whatever you call him, George Washingmachine is a consummate artist; both musical and visual. He is an internationally renowned jazz violinist, who has played major festivals in the UK, Singapore, USA and Europe. He is also a phenomenal guitarist with a penchant for blues and roots, which perfectly supports his earthy vocals. Despite being an international superstar, George still tours regional areas of Australia and regularly appears at the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
With his hat tilted at a jaunty angle, a cheeky smile and an endless supply of witticisms, George, his guitar and fiddle make the complete entertainment package.
Appearing 2 huge nights over the Mudgee field days weeekend!
Bookings recommended.
