Frame of Mind – Collage for Wellbeing

Frame of Mind is a series of art & craft workshops to enhance our well being, bring us together & maintain a healthy frame of mind.
Join us as we explore collage for well being with a focus on natural shapes and flowing lines.
During this workshop, you will:
- be guided to draw a series of lines and swirls across your page
- create a colour scheme to suit your mood and feelings (or just go for it)
- tear and glue your pieces of paper
- produce an A3 collage that you will be proud of
Led by Sharon from The Art and Craft Room, you’ll be guided in creating your own A3 collage. Experience the therapeutic nature of tearing and gluing and create a beautiful artwork.
These workshops are designed with the beginner in mind so no skills necessary to participate. The purpose is to engage in a hands on activity to free the mind.
All materials are provided for the duration of the workshop.
Registrations essential.
