Frame of Mind – Block Printing

Join us for this International Women’s Day, Block Printing workshop and connect with fellow women from the Central West.
During this workshop, you will discover the art of block printing including:
- learning how to transfer your design
- using lino tools, carving out the rubber tile
- print on the supplied surface – cosmetic bag
Enjoy the gentle process and leave with the knowledge to continue your new found skill at home where the possibilities for printing are endless – print on bags, tea towels, make your own wrapping paper.
All materials are provided for the workshop, and at the end of the evening, you will walk away with your carved block and your decorated cosmetics bag.
Adults of all ages and artistic abilities are welcome – no experience necessary. We will even provide you with a range of designs to choose from.
Wear comfortable clothes, enclosed shoes, grab some friends and come for an evening of fun and colour.
Whilst tea, coffee and nibbles are provided, to help celebrate International Women’s Day, you are invited to bring a plate of food to share with the group.
