Exhibition: The Divided Landscape

Fri 16 August - Sun 3 November

In this series of recent paintings and prints, Tim Winters presents abstract interpretations of landscapes interrupted by fence lines, animal tracks and dry creek beds.

The exhibition includes a new suite of paintings that reference the Pilliga Scrub. In creating this series Winters drew on the memory of visits to the area as well as a significant Tom Gleghorn image of the same subject that Winters grew up with and which continues to inform his path as an artist.

Join Tim Winters in conversation with Bradley Hammond, Director in the Gallery Theatre at 5:30pm Friday 16 August 2024 prior to the opening of Tim Winters: The Divided Landscape. The exhibition opening will follow from 6pm.
