Exhibition: ‘Space Light and Time’

Fri 6 September - Sun 24 November

Space, light and time are essential elements to Peter Godwin’s art practice. Orange Regional Gallery is proud to present the first survey of leading Australian artist Peter Godwin. With a career ranging over forty years, this survey focuses upon the period in which Godwin switched from thick, glossy oil paintings to working with egg tempera and how that shifted his visual language. Featuring significant paintings and prints since 2000, the survey celebrates Godwin’s sustained vision in which he deftly plays with space, light and time in his ethereal, shifting compositions.

Proudly supported by the Gordon Darling Foundation.
