‘Eva Cassidy’s Blues’ Performed by ‘The High Tone Pants’: Classic Series!

Thu 18 May at 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The night will feature songs from Eva Cassidy’s albums including Live at Blues Alley, Nightbird and Eva By Heart!

Eva Cassidy’s Blues

The Victoria Bathurst will be THE place to be for live Blues music on Thursday 18 May.

The night will feature songs from Eva Cassidy’s albums including Live at Blues Alley, Nightbird and Eva By Heart.

Eva’s songs will be performed by The High Tone Pants – a group of great friends and talented musicians including Melissa Stanford (vocals), Danielle Pearce (vocals and keyboard), Hughie Brown (lead guitar and lap steel), Paul Burge (bass guitar) and Ebbo Brown (drums).

Eva died in 1996 from melanoma cancer at the age of 33. She was a talent barely recognised during her lifetime, who went on to achieve rapturous posthumous acclaim. Her soul stirring voice has reached people all over the world.

What have other audience members said about The High Tone Pants performance of Eva Cassidy’s Blues?

“This show brought joy to my soul”

“We saw the show last night and it was incredibly good. You guys were all amazing. I’ll be back next week”

“This is my third time at the show. The songs are powerful!”

“Congratulations for a fabulous rendition of Eva Cassidy. It was a powerhouse night”

“I’ve been to New Orleans and this show is just as good, if not better, than any of the bands I saw there.”
