Drop-In + Make: Terrific Trees – Family School Holiday Workshop

Wed 18 January at 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Create a whimsical wattle or glorious gum inspired by Idris Murphy’s exhibition ‘Backblocks’.

Drop into our workshop space and enjoy a free art-making session with your children.

Follow a series of simple prompts inspired by Idris Murphy’s exhibition Backblocks and the colourful character-filled trees that feature in his work. Young artists and their grown-ups will make their very own tree sculpture or drawing to take home. Stay for 15min or 50, it’s up to you!

Please note that this is a self-guided activity and children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Bookings are essential.
