Digitising Your Collection
Tue 28 February at 11:00 am - 11:45 am
Join Powerhouse Manager of Collection Operations and Digitisation Projects Nick Kleindienst for an informative overview of the processes and necessary considerations for digitising a museum collection. Nick has a wealth of experience in collection management, project delivery, and strategy development gained from managing all aspects of the extensive Powerhouse digitisation project.
In this 45-minute webinar Nick will cover the steps to consider when embarking on digitising your collection – including registration, image capture, post-processing, and file management.
This webinar is designed for staff and volunteers in the museums and collecting sector. A 30-minute presentation will be followed by a 15-minute Q+A session. The webinar is free, but bookings are essential. You may pre-register a question for Nick when you book your ticket.
