CRAIG ATKINS – “A NEW HORIZON” tour – Live at The Blind Pig

With influences such as Paul Kelly, Xavier Rudd, Joe Purdy, Pink Floyd, and Old Blues Masters, Atkins seamlessly blends various styles with dynamics ranging from chilled finger-picking folk stories, to delta slide blues standards, through to rollicking country folk foot tappers, stomping jumping roots and dirty swamp blues, covering his observations of life, love and loss of the world we all live in.
Craig has toured and performed solo and in other music projects in Adelaide, Regional SA, Tasmania, Melbourne, Regional Victoria, Darwin, Alice Springs, Newcastle, Brisbane, Regional QLD & Kangaroo Island, and various festivals including Nannup Music Festival (WA), Nukara Music Festival (WA), Byron Bay Guitar Festival (NSW), Adelaide Fringe (SA), Open Space Festival (NT), Peats Ridge Festival (NSW), Caloundra Music Festival (QLD), Stringybark Sustainability Festival (VIC), Common Roots Festival (SA) Port Fairy Festival (VIC), & Newport Folk Festival (VIC).
