Cementa Studio Tours
Wed 15 November at 6:00 pm

Ever since early 2020 when COVID locked us all down and wouldn’t let us out of the house, WAYOUT gang, a group of regionally based artists that had organised to established WAYOUT ARI suddenly found themselves with a gallery the couldn’t open and a program they couldn’t produce. As a response to the despair and loneliness of social isolation swirling around our heroic crew, they took up the latest dance craze, The Pivot, and the online studio tours were born. The weekly program features a single artist talking for an hour about their practice to an audience of peers, other artists, curators, the occasional writer, close friend or family member.
You are invited to join us on our online Studio Tour adventure. We will be meeting fortnightly, every other Wednesday at 6pm on Zoom. Please sign up for the invitation here and check out the amazing library of recordings we have already accumulated here Cementa Studio Tours on Vimeo
