Carmen
Sat 5 August - Tue 8 August
Carmen (Melissa Barrera – In the Heights, Scream), a captivating and determined young woman, flees her home in Mexico to escape a brutal cartel. Grief stricken following the death of her mother, she attempts a dangerous and illegal border crossing to the U.S. When she is ambushed by a violent border patrol agent, a fellow patrol member and returned soldier, Aidan, saves her. Now on the run, the two journey towards Los Angeles to seek out Carmen’s godmother, the mercurial nightclub owner Masilda.
