Artist Talk – Jenni Kemarre Martiniello

Thu 29 September at 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Jenni Kemarre Martiniello presents glass vessels that reimagine the weave, colours and intricate designs of Aboriginal fish traps, eel traps, dilly bags, tungas and bicornuals. Working in response to weaving and her experience of place, her work is a confluence – a merging of practices, processes and experiences – one that celebrates weaving culture and expands upon its tradition.

Exhibition dates: 1 October – 27 November 2022

Combined opening celebration: 6pm Friday 7 October 2022
