Artbid Launch: Digital Art Auction
Sun 6 August at 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Free
Australia’s first Digital LIVE Art Auction, launching on 6th August 2023. Each auction will feature a limited number of artists and artworks each month. Showcasing Australian artists both emerging and established, in addition to some artists who currently only exhibit overseas, Artbid is an innovative new concept which allows art collectors to bid on artworks from the comfort of their homes.
The bespoke meticulously curated experience transcends the traditional auction model and with no physical boundaries the platform enables collectors to view, bid, and acquire artwork from the comfort of their own homes thus expanding the potential buyer pool beyond traditional gallery visitors. This highly innovative new approach is set to shake up the traditional model and disrupt the
rigidity of art auction houses.
