This is a busy artistic region. There’s usually more than 2000 arts and heritage events happeing in the region each year. Of course, 2020 looks a little different but the events are slowly returning where possible.

Mindful Modern Calligraphy with Kimlligraphy

In this workshop, Kim Tran-Flores of Kimlligraphy uses the beautiful art of modern calligraphy to take you on a mindfully creative journey, teaching you both the art of modern calligraphy and the importance of mindfulness in our lives.

You will learn the fundamentals that will get you started on your pointed pen calligraphy journey, along with a lesson on how to using calligraphy to bring more mindful moments into your everyday life.

Knowledge Required?
Intro to Mindful Modern Calligraphy – No knowledge required. This class is perfect for beginners who have no experience, through to those who want to brush up on their skills.

What to bring
Just yourself! All the required materials will be supplied to you and are all yours to take home.

You will also enjoy 1 winter warming beverage (coffee or hot chocolate) and a selection of cakes and slices during the workshop.

This workshop is open to participants 13 years and over. It’s a great way to learn a new skill with a loved one! Our workshop tickets are non-refundable. In the event you cannot make the workshop, you are welcome to pass your ticket onto a friend. Please notify us of any changes to ticket holders.

This workshop requires a minimum of 10 participants to run. In the unlikely event that the minimum number is not reached, you will be contacted and offered a full refund or credit to another workshop of your choice.

Creative Culture and the instructing creatives hold no personal liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property, or any physical injuries obtained during the workshop. Attendees under 16 years of age must be actively supervised by an adult.
