Jock Alexander Watercolour Workshop

Wed November 18 at 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

In this workshop participants will be guided through watercolour brushwork exercises from calligraphic drawing to a smooth gradation. The workshop will cover:

  • the watercolour brush: how to use and care for it, a good brush is a versatile, wonderfully expressive tool
  • laying down a smooth wash: what is it, and how to use it
  • painting a gradation: a gradual transition from one tone or colour to another

All materials supplied. Strictly limited capacity. Full refund up to 24 hours before start of workshop for cancellations.
