Bathurst Writers’ & Readers’ Festival

We are so excited to bring Bathurst Writers’ & Readers’ Festival to the Bathurst community.
This year the event will all be online and of course it will be free.

We will be going live on the BMEC Bathurst Facebook page and we are exploring options to make some of the sessions available on our website.

The full program is being finalised, but be assured we will be bringing your favourite sessions to you:

Friday 1 May We will launch the Festival at 5.50pm and then start at 6pm with Books Plus team presenting ‘Books you may have missed’ A wrap of great books published over the last 12 months and some to look out for.
Sunday 3 May At 11am we will be presenting the Great Festival Read panel – discussing The Yield by Tara June Winch.
There will be poetry and play readings as well as some great discussions.
