Welcome to our BIG list of arts and cultural events happening in the NSW Central West gathered from artists, event producers, great local venues and groups across the region.
This is a busy artistic region. There’s usually more than 2000 arts and heritage events happeing in the region each year. Of course, 2020 looks a little different but the events are slowly returning where possible.
NEW: HAPPENING ONLINE. We’ve added a new category for workshops, exhibitions, virutal tours and activities that are now happening ONLINE. Click here for the listings

Photography is SO IMPORTANT in today’s online society. If your imagery is not up to scratch galleries, customers and followers will pass you by!
Are you struggling to take really good quality photographs of your artwork and can’t afford a DSLR or professional photographer? You are not alone! This workshop is the place for you. Madeline is going to take you through a step-by-step process of how to photograph your artwork. From the very basics like composition and focus all the way through to editing, styling and layout ideas.
You’ll get lots of hands-on, physical practice as well as a discussion and idea swapping with like-minded people.
This class is strictly limited to 6 people per session to maximise your one-on-one time with Madeline. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with other artists and creatives and discuss your past success, failures and ideas!
