Bathurst Library is pleased to be running for the third year, the 2026 Local Writers’ Showcase. This showcase celebrates, connects and inspires writers in our community across the Central West.
The Library are now taking expressions of interest for local writers to participate in our 2026 Local Writers’ Showcase in November this year. We are seeking writers who are willing to discuss their writing with like-minded and curious people to promote our local talent and to share experiences.
Whether you have written a fiction story, a memoir, non fiction, children books, poetry or more we want to hear from you!
Criteria:
- Work published between November 2025 – November 2026
- Must be living in Bathurst or Central West.
